Anu Agarwal, Principal Solution Architect, Microsoft

Anu is part of the Dynamics CRM R&D team focusing on strategic partnerships and acquisitions.  She is responsible for identifying partner solutions across Sales, Service, and Marketing LOBs and industry verticals to enhance the Dynamics CRM offering.  She's been part of the CRM world for over 15 years starting off her career as a developer right out of college.

Daniel Dallala, Program Manager, Microsoft

Daniel Dallala is Program Manager at Microsoft. He has a bachelor of Computer Science from McGill University in Montreal Canada, and an MBA with a focus on Technology Leadership from Carnegie-Mellon University in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. Before Business School, he worked as a Software Engineer and an Analytics Consultant at Bell Canada. For the past two years he has been working on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, with a special focus on Sales Force Automation.

Madan Natu is a lead program manager for Productivity and Office integration in CRM team.  He has 20+ years experience in product management, development, and consulting for software related to supply chain management, enterprise resource planning systems and customer relationship management.

I have been with Microsoft for 9 years and I currently work on the Dynamics CRM Platform team.
