Param Kahlon, GM, Program Management, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Microsoft

Param Kahlon is the General Manager for the Dynamics CRM Program Management team. He is responsible for driving the product roadmap & strategy for CRM and strategic incubation projects. Param has 20+ years of experience in strategic planning, CRM product management, and new product introduction.

Param came to Microsoft from SAP/Sybase where he was the Vice President & General Manager for Mobile Applications Unit. Param also led Solution Management function for order management and customer service product lines at SAP. Before SAP, Param led Product Management for Siebel Customer Order Management and Siebel Field Service product lines.

Param holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Punjabi University, India.


Anu Agarwal, Principal Solution Architect, Microsoft

Anu is part of the Dynamics CRM R&D team focusing on strategic partnerships and acquisitions.  She is responsible for identifying partner solutions across Sales, Service, and Marketing LOBs and industry verticals to enhance the Dynamics CRM offering.  She's been part of the CRM world for over 15 years starting off her career as a developer right out of college.

Joe Egan, Director, Strategic ISVs, Microsoft

Joe Egan is the Director for Strategic ISV’s for Dynamics 365 at Microsoft. He has an extensive background working with ISV and working for ISV’s. Giving him the unique perspective of channel development with Microsoft. Joe’s main goal is to help ISV’s become more successful leveraging Microsoft technologies to create amazing products and opportunities.



Matt Barbour, Principal Program Manager, Microsoft

I have been with Microsoft for 9 years and I currently work on the Dynamics CRM Platform team. 

My responsibilities entail Upgrade and Deployment, Developer Tooling, Solutions framework and Unified Service Desk Platform components.
