Ending with some technical tips and tricks to help you overcome obstacles in a Service demo.

Tash Quinn, CRM Solution Consultant , eBECS

Tash has been working with Dynamics for over 10 years, where she enthusiastically implemented many SharePoint/CRM/XRM projects throughout Australia and Asia.  She made the move to the UK to further her career to lead the CRM IP and presales solution consultant team at eBECS.  eBECS was an early adopter of FieldOne and since Tash joined eBECS she has been fanatical about all things Field and Project Service. Working closely with the R&D team at Microsoft since the FieldOne acquisition and with the Project Services Automation team, Tash is keen to share with eXtreme attendee’s her experiences on selling Field Service.

 



Paul Mare, CRM Architect / Technical Presales for EMEA, Microsoft

Paul  Maré is a CRM Solution Architect working for Microsoft in the Dynamics 365 Product Group. He is an established speaker at eXtreme and other Microsoft and industry events world wide, with a flair for presales and user experience. Paul has worked with client-centric solutions for the last 28 years and with Dynamics CRM since version 1.0 (!). He has solid practical experience in implementing Dynamics CRM for major customers, and consulting to them on Solution Architecture and dealing with technical escalations.

His current job exposes him to the largest customers in EMEA, and the ways they approach Customer Relationship Management. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Leadership from the University of South Africa, loves rock climbing, mountaineering,  telling stories and using JavaScript to make CRM rock. He lives in München, Germany.
