Ingmar is running Dynamics SMB channel in Western Europe which comprises of CRMOL & NAV. Ingmar's focus is mainly on building the CRM Online SMB channel with a great focus on "Business Productivity" and what we call 'Repeatable Solutions' integrated with Office365, PowerBI, EMS. 

Arjen Jansen, CEO, MindsUnited

Arjen Jansen has more than 25 years experience in various fields in the IT industry, creating and building numerous businesses and product offerings to help both customers and partners in achieving optimal business value.

Arjen is active in the Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) channel for about 15 years and has built several Dynamics CRM partner companies, the last one being MindsUnited. MindsUnited is an independent ISV for Dynamics and the creator of JumpStart 365 and CloudChains 365, solutions to quickly onboard, extend and connect Dynamics solutions in the cloud.



Guus Krabbenborg, Partner, Partner Master Class / QBS Group

Guus Krabbenborg is a seasoned business trainer and consultant in the international Microsoft Dynamics arena. He was manager and owner of various software companies and the sales and marketing director for Navision Software in The Netherlands. Today he is co-owner of Partner Master Class, business trainer for Dynamics partners and of QBS Group, the largest partner eco-system in the Microsoft Dynamics world.  

Since 2000 Guus works with Microsoft Dynamics partners. He has delivered business training in over 40 countries worldwide and was  involved in training and certifying over 150 Dynamics partners in Microsoft's Cloud SureStep transformation program. His approach is perceived as creative, energetic and somewhat provoking - but always with a wink.  ;-)

Furthermore, Guus is a lecturer and publicist for the software industry. His blogs are appreciated by both partners and end-users. Guus has published various books on project success in CRM and ERP. His books are sold and used worldwide.
