Microsoft Partner EcoSystem_Collaboration and Consolidation
The game is up! The scope of the Microsoft platform strategy is broadening and deepening. How can we keep up with the pace? Microsoft is rolling out more technology than ever before. Small companies are struggling to keep up with Dynamics 365, let alone the rest of the platform including PowerBI, Cortana Intelligence, Office 365, Azure and it’s components like PowerApps, Common Data Service and Flow. Two strategies come to mind in this changing world: collaborate or consolidate. Peter Vach from DynaSource will bring us new options in collaborations, finding new partners and enlisting the right expertise. As we learn about parterships, we should also realize consolidations in the partner landscape is eminent as well. Whether actively or passively in the process of mergers or acquisitions, this session will also give you important guidelines for growth in different directions. Learn from experienced entrepreneur Mike Gillis who has both sold his companies and acquired strategic assets in the process of growing businesses.
