Portals from Dynamics 365 (CRM) Training

Packed with compelling features that expand Dynamics 365 to the web, web portals are built natively on Dynamics 365 allowing customers to easily connect and extend their key sales and customer services business processes online. Portals include a number of features that span all portal solutions from ads to ratings and feedback to managing web roles. The goal of this course is to learn what configuration and customization can be accomplished directly out of the box. 

These capabilities include:
•Security features which provide authentication and permissions management that allow administrators to leverage web roles and entity permissions to set permissions at a granular level.
•Content Publishing which allows portal administrators to present rich content such as documents, images that are stored directly in CRM. Content can easily be updated with an integrated content editor built right in. 
•Web tools that allow you to configure any business process such as form creation, location finding, dynamic lists or actions, any CRM data in either shipped entities or custom entities to be interactive and visible on their web portal.
•Design features that allow organizations to customize the branding of their site using dynamic web templates with bootstrap templates that give the portal creator creative control without the heavy development costs.
