As a Microsoft Certified Solutions Consultant at eBECS, Alice works with customers to evaluate their business processes and requirements and provide tailored Dynamics 365 solutions. She has worked with Dynamics for over 5 years, with experience of delivering projects to clients across a wide range of industries, using various versions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Currently involved with working with the new releases of Project Service and Field Service as part of the Dynamics 365 suite, Alice is enthusiastic to be delivering a session on how the capabilities of Project Service can help improve business productivity and profitability.
