I am a Microsoft Technical Solution Professional in the Global Black Belts EMEA team specialized in both Field Service and Project Service Automation workloads. We support large enterprise and strategic customers in Digital Transformation, ensuring their understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and roadmap as well as related Technologies, such as Azure Cortana Analytics Suite, Artificial Intelligence, PowerBI and other reporting features and of course our well known Office365 offer. Over the past two years as CRM executive I have lead Dynamics CRM project, successfully introduced the application and created the change in the way of working among 550 colleagues with customer contact. In 2010 I graduated as Executive MBA with a major in change management. My dissertation was on Clock presales which currently generate a turnover of EUR 150 million and is the fastest growing digital platform for Royal FloraHolland.
