I am a Microsoft Technical Solution Professional in the Global Black Belts EMEA team specialized in both Field Service and Project Service Automation workloads. We support large enterprise and strategic customers in Digital Transformation, ensuring their understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and roadmap as well as related Technologies, such as Azure Cortana Analytics Suite, Artificial Intelligence, PowerBI and other reporting features and of course our well known Office365 offer. Tom Patton, Blackbelt, Microsoft

Tom Patton was the Principal Program manager Lead for the initial release of Project Service functionality in Dynamics 365. Since August 2016 he has been in Europe as a Dynamics 365 Blackbelt working with customers and partners to sell and implement Project Service in EMEA. Prior to working in the Dynamics 365 product, Tom spent 12 years as a program manager in Microsoft developer division, Visual Studio, Dynamics AX and working with ISV Partners.

Ben Vollmer, Sales Director - Worldwide Dynamics365 Field Servi, Microsoft

Ben Vollmer is a 20-year veteran of the CRM Community. Ben was one of the first field resources dedicated to Dynamics CRM and has been involved with Dynamics CRM since the V1 Alpha. Prior to Microsoft, Ben has worked with a variety of CRM and Field Service solutions. Some of the notable customers he has helped get value from Dynamics include WellCare, Tyco, CSX and Raymond James. He has been involved with Dynamics CRM in a wide variety of roles.
