As director of account management I am, together with my team of 13 key-account managers, responsible,  for the sales and relationship with 600 growers of cut flowers located in Europe, Middel east and Latin America.  Over the past two years as CRM executive I have lead Dynamics CRM project and succesfully introduced the application and created the change in the way of working among 550 colleagues with customer contact. In 2010 I graduated as Executive MBA with a major in change management with a dissertation on Clock presales which currently generate a turnover of € 150 million and is the fastest growing digital platform.

Anders Lytoft Fyrst, Practice Director | Lead Solution Architect, Nordic Computer A/S

Anders Fyrst is a 14 year veteran in the field of CRM. During his career he has worked on all sides of the tables ranging from business consultant, solution architect and project manager at various consulting firms to heading internal departments implementing CRM, ERP and BI.

In all of this work his focus has been on the users - maximizing the user experience and optimizing the processes. Today that is compiled under the digital transformation umbrella, but it requires a new mindset to sell and implement this way of thinking in actual cases.



Ben Vollmer, Sales Director - Worldwide Dynamics365 Field Servi, Microsoft

Ben Vollmer is a 20-year veteran of the CRM Community. Ben was one of the first field resources dedicated to Dynamics CRM and has been involved with Dynamics CRM since the V1 Alpha. Prior to Microsoft, Ben has worked with a variety of CRM and Field Service solutions. Some of the notable customers he has helped get value from Dynamics include WellCare, Tyco, CSX and Raymond James. He has been involved with Dynamics CRM in a wide variety of roles.
