Bob Kanzler

Bob Kanzler is the Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM project manager and lead Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM consultant. He comes to McGladrey LLP with 15 years of business analysis and development experience. His recent development experience revolves around the Microsoft development suites, which include SQL Server, Visual Studio.Net, and SQL Server Reporting Services. During his career, Mr. Kanzler has developed applications for the transportation intermodal industry, retail, education (including special education), leasing and financial industry, as well as insurance. Prior to coming to McGladrey, Mr. Kanzler was responsible for all intranet applications for a medium sized insurance company. During that time he was recognized with the “World Class Customer Service Award.” Mr. Kanzler has an industry focus on public sector and nonprofits. As part of this focus, he is the National Team Leader for nonprofits for the firm. He is active in the community, serving as Chairman of the Board, for the Jersey Surf, a New Jersey nonprofit.
Bryan Tuttle

Bryan Tuttle is President and founder of CodeRight Inc. His expertise is in software design, development, and deployment of enterprise Microsoft technologies for medium and large companies. He also has extensive experience in the areas of web content management and multi-factor authentication. Mr. Tuttle was previously Manager of the Internet & Presentation Department at First Marblehead and, prior to that, a Senior Solutions Consultant at EMC, Microsoft Solutions Practice (formerly Internosis). Mr. Tuttle held a variety of positions at Stream International, formerly Corporate Software, most notably Mentor and Instructor for the premier Microsoft Windows 95 Launch team (Redmond WA) for Microsoft. Prior to Stream International Mr. Tuttle was a founding partner at Aurora Computer, a retailer of customized computer solutions. Mr. Tuttle is curently a Microsoft Certified Trainer, Solutions Developer, and Database Administrator and continues to instruct and write technical articles on Microsoft technologies.
Chris Dew

Straight from the mean streets of Horace, ND, USA - Chris is a Data Integration Architect specializing in CRM, ERP and REST of the world integrations. As a connoisseur of integration, there is no data that Chris can't "have his way with". When he isn't busy driving forward SmartConnect to make integration easier you can probably find him hanging out with his family or building Blue Man Group instruments. What ever you do, don’t ask him about frisbee (disc) golf.

Christy Spokely

Christy Spokely serves as Chief Executive Officer of eXtreme LLC, a business consulting firm dedicated to helping Microsoft Dynamics partners become more successful by delivering community-based events and activities. Christy has more than 25 years of experience in the business applications industry. She held a variety of leadership positions with Great Plains and Microsoft across the areas of management, channel strategy, pricing and product strategy, product management, sales, business development, support, and training. In 2008 she founded Spokely & Associates, LLC, a business consulting firm committed to a mission of helping organizations grow profitably through clearly defined strategies and effective execution. This mission was further realized when she, along with John Verdon, launched eXtremeCRM. In 2017 eXtremeCRM has changed its name to eXtreme365 in order to better align with Microsoft Dynamics 365.  This event has become a central hub for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Partner communities in North America and Europe.
Gus Gonzalez

Gus Gonzalez is a 4-time Microsoft Dynamics CRM MVP with 200+ CRM Online Deployments. He has over 10 years of consulting experience in the IT Industry, designing and implementing Microsoft Solutions ranging from enterprise to small environments. He has worked as a full time Microsoft Certified Trainer from 2005 to 2009 teaching Microsoft Official Curriculum classes regarding Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange Server, ISA Server, and SMS Server along with Citrix, Cisco, EC-Council, and CompTIA official curriculum. A CRMUG All Star, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Community Guest Columnist passionate about User Adoption, he believes in simplicity rather than complexity when implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM in organizations of any size to drive User Adoption.
John Gravely

John Gravely is the founder and CEO of ClickDimensions, the top-rated marketing automation solution or Microsoft Dynamics CRM. In addition to leading ClickDimensions, John’s previous experience in CRM marketing includes serving as Vice President of Marketing for Scribe Software and co-founding c360 Solutions, now a CDC Software company.
Joseph Corigliano

I am a founding member of the Microsoft Dynamics team having joined Microsoft in 2001 as part of the Great Plains acquisition. I have worked with Microsoft Dynamics CRM since v1.0.  In my role at Microsoft I recruited and developed new CRM practices on both the SI and ISV side. I am currently the Vice President Global Alliances for Celenia which provides CRM services for other Dynamics Partners. Celenia is 100% Partner facing and focused and provides architect, development, and sales resources for other Dynamics partners.
Matt Parks

Matt is the Chief Technologist for Global Microsoft Business Application service line at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.  In that capacity, he oversees delivery excellence for customers across a variety of products delivered "as a Service".  He has been involved with Microsoft Dynamics CRM since the 1.0 Beta and was a 6-time MVP for CRM.  He has worked extensively with clients world-wide in implementing large scale solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and has done extensive work with performance tuning.
Peter Linke

Born in Frankfurt am Main (Germany) in 1967, Peter Linke earned his diploma in Electrical Engineering. He worked at Fraunhofer Institut IIS and CompuNet (now: Computacenter) and in 2000 co-founded proMX GmbH. Since 2001, he has been the company’s CEO. Today, proMX is one of the most successful Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 partners in the world. Peter Linke is also a member of several Microsoft Partner Advisory Councils in Germany and the USA and is active in different associations such as KVD (a German customer service union), Microsoft Business User Forum (mbuf) and the CRM User Group (CRMUG)
Ray Beste

Ray Beste, is the Partner in charge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Custom Application Development departments of the firm's Technology Division. He leads a team of Microsoft Dynamics CRM application consultants and developers and custom developers across the firm's Aurora, Springfield and St Louis offices to effectively provide customer relationship management and custom developed solutions to customers of all sizes and industries. He has 20 years of development, training, implementation and project management experience in a variety of industries, database technologies and packaged solutions.
Rik Dubbink

Rik Dubbink, Partner, CRM Partners The Netherlands & Germany. As a 19-year veteran in the field of CRM, sales & marketing automation and field service management, Rik has dedicated his professional life to supporting customers in the development of relationship management strategies and systems. His career started at the National Datacenter of the Dutch Government in the Professional Services department. Soon, he joined a pioneer company on Marketing & Sales Systems in the Netherlands, Matrix Information Systems. In an acquisition by Baan Company, Rik joined the CRM unit of Baan as a Marketing Manager for the Baan Front Office Suite. Later Rik led the Professional Services Unit of Baan in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg. Longing to return to the field of CRM, Rik joined Emiel Putman in starting a new partner for Microsoft in the Netherlands dedicated to Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the entire Microsoft platform. Today, CRM Partners is a leading partner in the Netherlands with 50 employees. CRM Partners is steadily growing and expanding internationally with offices in Eschborn and München, Germany. Rik Dubbink holds a Master of Arts degree in History from the University of Leiden and a Post-Doc in Information Management from the University of Utrecht in the Netherlands. Rik is a fanatic road race cyclist and MTB rider. He is dedicated to training the cycling youth in his hometown. Important in life are family, travelling und experiencing new people and cultures, gourmet food and wine and sharing this with others.
Wim Geukens

Wim was born in 1969. He graduated from Louvain University as Master in Information Sciences in 1991 and from Woluwe University as Master in Biomedical Informatics in 1993.  He just finished his MBA at Vlerick. In 2003, Wim co-founded Travi@ta, a Consultancy company dedicated exclusively to Microsoft Dynamics CRM and specialized in FSI, that was acquired by RealDolmen in 2013.  Wim managed for the last 3 years the new combined CRM Division within RealDolmen that employed over 70 professionals. Wim just started a new venture with VeriPark, a software house headquartered in Turkey and specialized in multi-channel delivery, CRM and loan origination solutions for financial institutions. Wim became Managing Director of VeriPark Europe, with a focus on Benelux, France, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal and Italy, and all French Speaking African countries as well.
