Amir Dehnad ( Avanade)
Amir leads the Solution Architecture practice for Avanade UK’s CRM service line. He and his team work closely with pre-sales and delivery teams to shape the go-to-market CRM solutions across the industries as well as supporting the technical delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM based solutions for Avanade’s enterprise-level customers. Amir has been working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM for over 7 years and has contributed to development of several add-ons and accelerators for Microsoft Dynamics CRM throughout these years.
 
 
 
Amir Jafri ( Microsoft)

Amir is a Lead Program Manager for the Microsoft CRM Platform development team. His team delivers core platform functionality in the areas of Data Modeling, Security, Extensibility, and Business Process Modeling. Amir was previously a member of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM-E2 Engineering for Enterprise team which is chartered with generating best practices, prescriptive guidance, benchmarks and tools for the CRM Community with emphasis on the Enterprise Customer segment. The E2 team also advocates Enterprise Customer requirements to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM product team and consult on the integration of these features for future versions.

Amir has been a member of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM team since joining Microsoft in 2004 and has worked on the Setup and Deployment, and the Internationalization areas for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 and 4.0. Prior to working at Microsoft, Amir worked as a Development Manager on the IBM Open Systems Software team where he developed Backup and Restore, and High Availability solutions on Enterprise Storage Systems.

Amir is an avid traveler and an even more avid fan of Formula One racing. In his spare time he likes to try out new restaurants and enjoy the Seattle music scene.

 
Arun Justus ( Microsoft)
Based out of the Microsoft EMEA HQ in Paris, Arun is a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technology Advisor in the Western Europe region. Besides being the role owner for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Community in the region, Arun works together with Enterprise customers and partners across all industry verticals in identifying their CRM requirements, acting as a trusted advisor to define their CRM strategy and helping them to leverage and integrate with their existing technology investments. Prior to the CRM role, he was as a Microsoft Business Intelligence Technology Advisor in the Western Europe region, covering Microsoft BI delivered through Office, Sharepoint (with PerformancePoint Services) & SQL Server BI.
 
 
 
Barry Givens ( Avanade)

Barry Givens is the Director of Product Management for CRM at Avanade. He is responsible for developing the strategy and roadmap for a growing portfolio of Microsoft Dynamics CRM-based industry solutions. Craig Dewar is Director of Product Management for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. His responsibilities include product roadmap, pricing and packaging and product evangelism. Dewar joined Microsoft in February 1995 and has held numerous positions: technical specialist supporting sales of Microsoft® server technology into enterprise accounts in finance and government sectors; chief technology officer for Microsoft’s New Zealand subsidiary; technical marketing manager in the mobile device space working on Windows Mobile® software for Pocket PCs and Smartphones; and speechwriter for the senior vice president of Microsoft’s SMS&P division and chief operating office of Microsoft Business Solutions. Before joining Microsoft, Dewar was a design engineer at a large multinational telecommunications manufacturer and an IT manager at a national law firm. David Brown serves as the EMEA & LATAM Timezone Lead for Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) products and services at Microsoft Corporation, driving execution of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM business strategy and priorities within the EMEA region. Brown previously served as the manager of Worldwide Partner Strategy for Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM), responsible for partnership and channel development globally. Mr. Brown has been at Microsoft over 8 years leading in roles such as driving partner strategy for Microsoft Dynamics CRM in the UK, EMEA and WW.

I am a Sr. Technical Product Manager for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.  I develop compelling, differentiating content and demonstrations for Technical Decision Makers and Developers from prospects, partners and customers. The purpose of this content is to demonstrate our vision, leading technology framework and compelling customer value.
Prior to this role, I spent two years as a CRM Online Technology Specialist (TS) launching the CRM Online business. As a TS I provided technical guidance to our customers and prospects and presented product functionality demos. In addition to supporting the CRM Online sales cycle I contributed to CRM Online Team Blog and Video Demonstration repository.
Before joining Microsoft in October 2007, I worked in the CRM partner channel for Statera and ePartners. As the Customer Relationship Management (“CRM”) Practice Director/Manager for Statera and ePartners, I was responsible for growing the CRM practice, creating sales collateral, evangelizing the product through speaking engagements and product demonstrations, developing and positioning strategic go-to-market industry solutions, and overseeing the delivery of all CRM projects. Previous to this experience I worked for Deloitte & Touche for 5 years and held various consulting roles. While at Deloitte & Touche we started a Mid-Market CRM practice based around the SalesLogix CRM application, now owned by Sage Software.
I have served as a member of the Microsoft CRM 3.0 & 4.0 alpha/beta testing team, CRM Mobility (1.2 & 3.0) beta testing team and participated in the Microsoft Office 14 Developers Advisory Council. I co-authored online training content for Microsoft entitled “Selling Microsoft CRM” to enable Microsoft’s small business partners with the necessary skills to position and sell Microsoft CRM.

Fadi El-Hennawy ( Microsoft)
Fadi has almost 12 years of IT experience working in Microsoft technology stack, development, data base and Microsoft Dynamics GP and Microsoft CRM. He has held several roles including development, consultancy, training, and presales, and also has been practicing project management since 2006 with customers. These projects range from in-house implementations to government implementations in more than one country. Fadi currently works with Microsoft as partner technical consultant, MEA, and am the Sure Step MEA country lead in the certificates side, certified Sure Step, MSF and PMP from PMI.

Jakub (Kuba) has been working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM since its version 1.0 in 2004. He is now a Chief Evangelist and a Managing Partner at Netwise Sp. z o. o. - a top Microsoft Dynamics CRM consulting company in Poland (Partner of the Year 2010 – Dynamics CRM, Poland; Reseller of the Year Finalist – CEE 2011, Partner of the Year 2011 – Dynamics CRM, Poland). Lynn Harrington ( Scribe)
As Director of EMEA, Lynn Harrington is responsible for Scribe’s operations within the region. She leads all business development, sales and marketing activities designed to expand the Scribe brand, number of channel partners and revenue within the EMEA market. Lynn joined Scribe Software in 1999 and has 25+ years of experience marketing, selling and implementing mid-market business applications, primarily in the area of Customer Relationship Management. She has held several management positions at Scribe including Sales, Business Development and Marketing. Under her Sales leadership, the Scribe Reseller channel was established and grew to over 250 partners. In 2009, when Scribe opened its first International office, Lynn relocated to Europe to lead the initiative. Ehrenberg joined Microsoft in 2003, after 25 years of business application development across banking and brokerage transaction systems, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for process manufacturing, and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) solutions. At Olivetti, he led the development of one of the first commercial banking systems for Windows. As CTO at Marcam, Ehrenberg drove the development of the first ERP product for Windows NT, deeply architected for the Microsoft platform. At Frictionless Commerce, he led the development of one of the first complete SRM solutions deployable by design either on-premise or as a service.
Ehrenberg and his family live in Seattle, and love spending time cycling, skiing, watching and playing soccer, and enjoying the Boston Red Sox and their golden retriever, Lucy.
 
Nikhil Hasija ( azuqua)
Nikhil is a product strategist, most comfortable thinking about product positioning and building prototypes. His new firm "azuqua", specializes in product strategy, roadmap creation and prototype development for its clients to help them surface business value through cloud and social platforms. Nikhil is a tireless entrepreneur and gravitates towards startups, his core expertise is in the areas of Cloud computing and engaging with the Social Customer. As a 19-year veteran in the field of CRM, sales & marketing automation and field service management, Rik has dedicated his professional live to supporting customers in the development of relationship management strategies and systems. His career started at the National Datacenter of the Dutch Government in the Professional Services department. Soon, he joined the pioneer company on Marketing & Sales Systems in the Netherlands, Matrix Information Systems. In the acquisition by Baan Company, Rik joined the CRM unit of Baan as a Marketing Manager for the Baan Front Office Suite. Later Rik led the Professional Services Unit of Baan in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg. Longing to return to the field of CRM, Rik joined Emiel Putman in starting a new partner for Microsoft in the Netherlands dedicated on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the entire Microsoft platform. Today, CRM Partners is a leading partner in the Netherlands with 50 employees . CRM Partners is steadily growing and expanding internationally with offices in Eschborn and München, Germany. Rik Dubbink holds a Master of Arts degree in History from the University of Leiden and a Post-Doc in Information Management from the University of Utrecht in the Netherlands. Rik is a fanatic road race cyclist and MTB rider. He is dedicated to training the cycling youth in his hometown.
